Meet Dr. Sarah Thomson, ND, CNP, B.HK
Naturopathic Doctor and Holistic Nutritionist
Listen. Educate. Empower. These three words are my guiding principles for the work I do. You deserve to understand your body, feel supported and empowered to face your goals every day and have someone in your corner who truly listens to you. This is what I strive to do. I've been in your shoes, frustrated and confused about where to go next for answers to my health concerns, which is when I found naturopathic medicine and my life has forever been changed for the better! Once I discovered naturopathic medicine for myself, I knew I wanted to provide others with this type of care, so that others could start feeling like the best version of themselves!

I’m Dr. Sarah Thomson, Naturopathic Doctor, Holistic Nutritionist and your Health Advocate. As a Naturopathic Doctor I am trained and equipped to address a wide variety of health concerns and have a clinical focus in hormones, fertility and pregnancy care. I understand that every individual is unique in all aspects of their health, lifestyle and goals and use this principle when working with my patients. My approach to health is always individualized in order to meet your unique needs. Determining the root cause of your health concerns is a key aspect of my approach, as this allows us to best support your body and heal from the inside out.
I completed my undergraduate degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, followed by Holistic Nutrition at The Institute of Holistic Nutrition. I then completed my naturopathic schooling at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I also completed internships at the Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic and Brampton Civic Hospital. It was during my education that I discovered my passion for women’s health and fertility support, which led me to take additional training in fertility and reproductive health.

During my clinical year I was selected as an intern for the fertility and reproductive health focus shift, where I gained experience working with individuals and couples trying to grow their families both naturally and alongside fertility treatment such as IUI and IVF, as well as many other hormonal concerns such as PCOS, endometriosis, fibroids, PMS, perimenopause/menopause and thyroid conditions. These are the conditions that I continue to focus on in my clinical practice. I also recognize the connection stress and digestion have on hormonal concerns, making stress management and digestive health large components of my practice as well.
I love that I have the opportunity to work with individuals looking to take control back over their health. Regardless of where you are in your health journey, I will provide you with the support you are looking for. Whether you are looking to optimize fertility, balance hormones, better manage stress, regulate digestion or restore your sleep, I am here to help you reach your goals!
